Job Summary

Own the production and analysis loop for short form content across on-site shoots, captions, and community activations, with weekly site visits and on-camera readiness.

Manage content creation, calendar planning, and captions
Support brand partnerships and community activations
Review performance and explain what worked to leadership

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit short form content at our locations (reels, TikToks, stories)
Write captions and build out our content calendar
Help run community activations (including brand partnerships and sponsorships with the likes of Rutgers Athletics, New Jersey Devils, and Somerset Patriots)
Look at what worked and explain to leadership why it did

Requirements

Comfortable on camera or comfortable pointing one at someone who is
Ability to visit sites on a weekly basis
Adobe/CapCut/Canva fluency is a required
