Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the marketing and planning of PDP events
  • Generate content for our weekly e-newsletter , social media , and website blog
  • Compile monthly social media analytics reports
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance
  • Assist with graphic design and video editing as needed
  • Perform miscellaneous research and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate students (sophomore, junior, senior) preferred
  • A passion for all things Pittsburgh
  • Excellent communication, writing, customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work primarily on-site in Downtown Pittsburgh is required
  • Comfortable interfacing with the public at events
  • Comfortable being in content, and/or allowing your likeness and voice to appear in content
  • Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to work occasional hours outside of a regular workday, including but not limited to early mornings, late evenings, and weekends

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign)
  • Canva
