Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visual Execution: Produce high-authority graphics and visual assets for web and social media using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, striving to meet elite global standards
- Full-stack Management: Drive the end-to-end digital workflow, including content creation, strict scheduling, and active community engagement across all platforms
- Performance Tracking: Support the roll-out of ad campaigns and monitor data to ensure every dollar spent delivers a tangible marketing result
- Workflow Optimization: Coordinate creative pipelines and essential administrative tasks to keep the team moving at maximum velocity
Requirements
- English Mastery: You possess excellent communication skills (~IELTS 7.5 equivalent) and are fully comfortable working in a 100% English business environment
- Full-stack Drive: You have a strong desire to master visual design, social media posting strategy, and the technical management of ad accounts
- Resilient Mindset: You are proactive, thick-skinned, and high-energy. You thrive on direct feedback and fast-paced execution
