Job Summary

Own the contractor outreach and event coordination for a roadshow, focusing on phone outreach to promote attendance and deepen engagement with sales teams and contractors.

Event Outreach: Own outreach and coordination for contractor engagement roadshows.
Outbound Engagement: Manage phone-based promotions to contractors to drive attendance and reinforce relationships.
Coordination & Follow-up: Align with sales to confirm attendance and improve event participation metrics.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Intern will support the execution of the company’s contractor engagement roadshow series by assisting with event outreach and coordination.
This role will primarily focus on contacting contractors by phone on behalf of the sales team to promote upcoming events, confirm attendance, and strengthen customer engagement.

Requirements

Minimum one-year experience in customer service or service industry related role
College graduate or some college in Business and/or Communications

Preferred

Personable, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls
