Job Summary

Coordinate marketing operations and content across national and local channels to advance Ascension’s mission, balancing campaign execution, leadership-ready materials, and cross-functional project visibility.

  • Own cross-channel content production and campaign support to boost brand awareness and patient engagement.
  • Develop leadership-ready presentations and PM artifacts to align stakeholders on priorities and progress.
  • Coordinate department resources and processes to sustain seamless marketing operations across markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging web and social media content to amplify Ascension’s mission and reach patients across national digital channels.
  • Support the execution of national marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and patient engagement.
  • Develop professional presentations for leadership to ensure strategic marketing priorities are communicated clearly and effectively.
  • Produce project management reports and artifacts to keep cross-functional teams aligned on initiative status and success metrics.
  • Coordinate departmental activities and resources to ensure seamless marketing operations across both local and national markets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

Preferred

  • High School Diploma or current enrollment in an accredited Marketing or Communications program.
  • Foundational knowledge of social media management and content creation for professional platforms.
