Job Summary

Drive Marketing and Growth Operations execution for a DTC marketing function, overseeing end-to-end campaigns, cross-functional coordination, and funnel optimization.

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Must-have: 3 to 6+ years in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Growth Operations, or Marketing Project Management with cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Product, and Tech with clear QA and go-live processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives
  • Build and manage timelines ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success to keep execution moving
  • Manage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including landing pages, offers, and checkout flows
  • Ensure all tests are properly scoped, quality checked, and launched on time
  • Support continuous optimization of funnels and customer journeys tied to conversion and revenue metrics
  • Support operational execution of product development initiatives including new offers, bundles, and funnel updates
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across product, marketing, and tech teams
  • Ensure successful launch and rollout of new product initiatives with clear QA and go-live processes
  • Coordinate the operational rollout of brand and rebrand initiatives across all marketing and product touchpoints

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 plus years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Growth Operations, or Marketing Project Management
  • Experience in a DTC, eCommerce, or direct response marketing environment
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, and operations simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience working with tech and development teams including writing requirements, managing tickets, QA, and launches
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple high-priority workstreams without dropping details
  • Experience supporting or executing a rebrand initiative across marketing and product environments

Preferred

  • Experience with subscription or free trial business models
  • Exposure to CRO testing including landing pages, checkout flows, and offer structures
  • Familiarity with email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or Maropost
  • Experience in lean, fast-paced, or turnaround business environments
