Job Summary

Own the execution and continuous improvement of digital marketing operations, balancing website health, SEO, CRM, and paid media with a bias toward automation and data-driven optimization.

  • Own website and digital-platform optimization, vendor coordination, and performance reporting to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Drive analytics, campaign performance, and AI-enabled marketing tech adoption to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and pilot future-focused digital initiatives that scale across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of Visit Springfield’s websites and digital platforms. Coordinate website updates, enhancements, and vendor communication
  • Monitor website performance and provide monthly reports
  • Support SEO strategy and optimization efforts to improve digital visibility and search rankings
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns with agency and media partners
  • Ensure paid media campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor campaign pacing and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with approved budgets and campaign goals
  • Campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Assist with CRM and email marketing platform management
  • Monitor digital analytics, campaign performance, and website metrics
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, website management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website management, digital marketing, and analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising coordination
  • Knowledge in emerging marketing technologies and AI tools
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and interest in emerging marketing technologies and AI tools
  • Exceptional project management abilities, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, creative work environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working with external vendors and agency partners preferred
