Marketing & executive assistant duties including content writing, digital marketing, website design, graphic design, and photo/video editing to market a small business
Perform generalized executive assistant tasks after marketing work is completed
Strive to deliver an exceptional client experience and make supervisors’ and co-workers’ work easier
Support marketing campaigns that produce measurable results for the firm

Requirements

Must read and write Spanish
Comfortable using Mac computers and managing electronic documents with speed, accuracy, and precision
Detail-oriented, reliable, accountable, with open, honest communication
Ability to follow instructions exactly and stay organized
Willingness to commit long-term and grow in the role
Ability to deliver measurable results; not seeking a temporary job
Not seeking constant hand-holding; able to work independently
