Drive content creation, events, and community marketing for Town Square Health's patient-centered outreach.

• Develop, write, and edit compelling content for print and digital marketing materials
• Create and update patient education materials with clinical and ops teams
• Maintain the organization's content library and ensure materials stay on-brand and compliant
• Support integrated campaigns that drive patient acquisition, retention, and community awareness
• Coordinate with external vendors to produce materials on time and within budget
• Assist with maintaining content on the company website and patient-facing platforms
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for centralized events and health fairs
• Manage company presence at national conferences and trade shows
• Manage sourcing and inventory for event giveaways and materials
• Maintain an annual events calendar and identify new community opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or related role
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing events (tradeshows, community events, health fairs)
• Strong writing and editing skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (email, CMS)
• Highly organized with strong project management and multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and in a centralized team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel for events (estimated 15% travel)
• Mission-driven, collaborative mindset and passion for improving access to primary care

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer-facing services
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance (HIPAA-related standards)
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
