Own and execute the dealership’s marketing and events calendar across Harley-Davidson, Triumph, and Indian Motorcycle by managing websites, social media, CRM campaigns, and events, while coordinating with partners and vendors to drive engagement and sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update all three dealership websites.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Own the dealership CRM by creating, scheduling, and monitoring email, text, and automated customer communication campaigns.
  • Build and maintain customer lists, campaign workflows, and lead follow-up processes within the CRM.
  • Work closely with our advertising and digital marketing partners to develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate manufacturer co-op advertising programs and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Create graphics, promotional materials, and video content.
  • Monitor website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance, and return on investment, providing monthly reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain consistent branding across Harley-Davidson, Triumph, and Indian Motorcycle dealerships.
  • Plan and execute open houses, demo rides, bike nights, charity rides, customer appreciation events, grand openings, and off-site promotions.

Requirements

  • Marketing, communications, event planning, or dealership marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM platform for customer communications, lead management, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to work effectively with outside advertising agencies, digital marketing vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, and website management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends for dealership events.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Powersports or automotive dealership experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
