Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Run and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads or similar platforms)
  • Support lead generation strategies focused on local families
  • Track campaign performance and improve conversion results
  • Enrollment & Sales Support
  • Respond to inquiries and guide families through enrollment steps
  • Conduct outreach to prospective students and partners
  • Support lead nurturing through email and messaging campaigns
  • Content & Social Media
  • Create and schedule content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Requirements

  • Preferred experience
  • Digital marketing or marketing coordination experience
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising or lead generation campaigns
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Canva or basic graphic design skills
  • Social media content creation experience
  • WordPress familiarity (basic updates/editing)
