Job Summary
Lead data-informed marketing strategy across enrollment, CRM, and digital channels, partnering with analytics to optimize outcomes and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Own planning and performance across CRM, Google Analytics, SEO, enrollment data, paid search, social, email, and website management.
- Mentor and coordinate marketing teams to foster collaboration and scale initiatives.
Job Description
- Standard working schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
- Experience using CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO , and enrollment data to guide marketing strategy.
- Expertise in paid search, social media campaigns, website management, and email marketing.
- Experience leading marketing teams, mentoring staff, and fostering collaboration.
