Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Team in coordinating and organizing video shoots, print designs, digital advertising campaigns, and other marketing projects.
• Review and approve marketing content to ensure quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Serve as an essential member of the planning and execution team for the company’s annual leadership conference.
• Develop strategies to grow the company’s presence and engagement across multiple social media platforms.
• Identify, test, and evaluate new marketing strategies and opportunities.
• Stay informed about current marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with company Partners and Regional Vice Presidents to help build and grow their agencies across multiple platforms.
• Attend leadership meetings and company events to capture and develop content, including podcasts, photography, video, and other media.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and company objectives are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply it to improve content, designs, and overall project quality.
• Demonstrated history of punctuality, dependability, and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to follow direction and learn new processes quickly.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability when completing assignments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties such as loading and unloading equipment or materials.
