Job Summary
Own the local facility marketing and business development, guiding admissions flow and census maintenance while representing the site to professionals and the community to expand referrals.
- Growth Ownership: Lead market analysis and ongoing needs assessment to align services with consumer demand.
- Channel Ownership: Build/refine referral relationships with community and professional networks.
- Operational Focus: Drive the admissions funnel and census maintenance to support occupancy targets.

Responsibilities
- Own business development and admissions funnel to grow referrals and maintain census.
- Represent the facility to professionals and the community to widen the referral base.
- Continuously analyze the market to align with evolving consumer needs.
Requirements
- REQUIRED: 2 years’ experience in health care related marketing.
- Preferred: experience with Point Click Care.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
- Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel.
- A desire to work with seniors.
