Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Execution: Create and publish engaging content across social platforms to support inductee storytelling, global awarding events, and sponsor visibility
  • Social Media & Content Execution: Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting cadence
  • Social Media & Content Execution: Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and reach
  • Social Media & Content Execution: Support the execution of paid social campaigns
  • Creative Design & Visual Content: Design marketing assets for digital platforms, events, and partner activations using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creative Design & Visual Content: Support development of graphics for the Induction Ceremony, awards, and marketing campaigns
  • Creative Design & Visual Content: Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Event Content & On-Site Support: Capture photo and video content at AHF events (domestic and international travel required)
  • Event Content & On-Site Support: Support real-time content creation during events (social coverage, highlights, recaps)
  • Event Content & On-Site Support: Assist in post-event content creation (recap videos, highlight assets, social posts)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or communications
  • Strong social media management and content creation experience
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro a plus)
  • Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience with website content management (CMS platforms preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
