Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive district marketing plan aligned with strategic goals
• Ensure brand consistency across all schools, departments, and communication channels
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote academic programs, student achievements, events, and district initiatives
• Support student recruitment and retention efforts through targeted outreach strategies
• Develop engaging content for digital and print platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Capture and curate photos, videos, and stories that highlight district successes
• Collaborate with schools and departments to identify and promote "Points of Pride"
• Coordinate marketing support for key initiatives such as attendance campaigns, registration drives, and special programs
• Assist in managing the district's social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring, and analytics
• Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Two-four years of professional experience in marketing, communications, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Preferred

• Experience in a public sector or educational environment preferred
• Videography/photography and social media experience preferred
