Job Summary
Own end-to-end marketing pursuit operations for architectural projects, shaping proposals, templates, and asset management while coordinating delivery and ensuring brand and compliance.
- Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentation pack assembly with tight deadlines
- Maintain reusable resources, templates, and asset management for rapid pursuit prep
- Advance process improvements and pursuit governance across CRM and content workflows
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing leadership to organize and assemble RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, qualifications packages, presentations and related marketing materials
- Review pursuit requirements and prepare an outline, manage production and assembly of proposals and coordinate delivery logistics
- Provide QA/QC review to ensure alignment with strategic goals, RFP requirements and brand standards
- Maintain templates, project information, resumes, boilerplate content and other reusable marketing resources
- Maintain CRM (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint) records, including client, contact and pursuit data
- Organize and classify images and documents using OpenAsset, FGMA’s digital asset management system
- Support website updates, including posting content and making simple edits
- Contribute to process improvements, internal standards, and resource organization
