Job Summary

Own multi-channel brand-building campaigns for a real estate audience, combining calendar-driven marketing, live events, and on-camera content to connect with realtors and investors.

Campaign ownership: plan multi-channel campaigns with a clear calendar and real-world outreach
Community and content: run events, manage social content, and help the team create on-camera videos
Relationships and pipeline: DM and coffee with prospects, nurture LinkedIn presence, and convert connections into opportunities

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own Rise's marketing calendar across every channel
Design and execute direct mail campaigns targeting realtors, investors, and sellers
Plan and run 3 community networking events per year
Manage Rise's paid ad spend on Instagram and Facebook and report on what is driving real results
Bring new campaign ideas with a real plan behind them
Think like a brand builder, not just a content creator
Post consistently to Instagram and Facebook on a real schedule
Appear on camera with confidence — property walk-throughs, day-in-the-life, real estate tips, team moments, seller stories
Direct team members and interns in content when you need them on camera with you
Own Rise's LinkedIn presence with professional content positioned for realtors and investors
