Job Summary

Own and coordinate content creation, social engagement, and marketing asset management to propel QA1 Brands’ launches and cross-brand campaigns across social, website, and events.

  • Content & Social: produce social-first video/photo assets and drive posting momentum.
  • Cross-Functional Launch Support: collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on launches and updates, and track marketing requests and timelines.
  • Asset & Channel Enablement: organize assets, support tradeshow materials, and ensure brand messaging across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create social first content by capturing short-form video and photography for reels, shorts, and other social media platforms.
  • Monitor and manage social media engagement by monitoring comments and messages, responding or routing inquiries as appropriate, and helping foster positive interaction with our audience.
  • Support outbound marketing communications including email campaigns using company tools and templates.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating website content such as product details, images, blog content, and announcements.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain marketing assets including photos, videos, graphics, and documentation.
  • Support coordination of marketing materials and displays for tradeshows, events, and internal activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to support product launches and ongoing product updates.
  • Track and organize marketing requests and project timelines to support team priorities.
  • Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1 Brands.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in similar capacity; Photography and videography experience preferred but not required.
  • Travel: Infrequent (local only)
  • General working knowledge of product marketing concepts and product-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools including email platforms, social media management, and content systems.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open communicator, excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) with internal and external parties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.

Preferred

  • Photography and videography experience preferred but not required.

  • The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
