Job Summary

Own local community engagement and event-driven growth by building partnerships, planning recurring outreach, and scaling event-driven sales opportunities.

  • Own relationship-building with schools, hospitals, businesses, and nonprofits to expand partnerships and gifting.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, vendor booths, and large-order catering to drive membership and revenue.
  • Track yields and recap events to feed calendar-backed marketing and iterative improvement.

Job Description

  • Prepare strategies, enhance brand visibility, and optimize online engagement across multiple channels.
  • Build relationships with local schools, hospitals, businesses, churches, real estate offices, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Schedule weekly visits to prospective corporate and community partners.
  • Research and secure vendor events, festivals, farmers markets, bridal expos, and community fairs.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including setup, staffing, inventory, permits, and transportation.
  • Prospect for new corporate gifting accounts.
  • Increase app memberships.
  • Generate catering and large-order opportunities.
  • Book a minimum number of community events each month.
  • Track event expenses and sales.
  • Submit an event recap after each event.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar.
  • Keep a database of community contacts.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, event planning, or community outreach.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable speaking with community leaders and business owners.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and transport event materials.
  • Reliable transportation with willingness to travel throughout the local market.
  • Available to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events.
