Responsibilities

• Project management of marketing initiatives across multiple locations and franchisees
• Sourcing and buying print and other media services
• Ensuring 100% accuracy of all materials and placements
• Consulting with franchisees on marketing and point-of-purchase material needs
• Managing social media and websites for company brand and restaurants
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email clubs
• Working with and monitoring 3rd party delivery companies like DoorDash
• Assisting in the set-up of display materials in Indy-area company restaurants
• And other exciting projects!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Proven experience in social media, marketing coordination and related roles
• Basic copywriting skills
• Proficiency in social media, online advertising, and website management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
• Marketing: 3 years (Required)
