Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Creating and curating content for our social media platforms, engaging with followers, and tracking performance through analytics.
  • Content Creation: Developing sales materials, product sheets, social media posts, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.
  • Marketing Inventory & Company Store Management: Overseeing and organizing marketing materials, promotional items, and company apparel. Ensuring inventory is stocked and efficiently managed for events, giveaways, and internal use.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintaining and updating the customer database and territory maps for better targeting and follow-up efforts.
  • Tradeshow & Event Coordination: Organizing and coordinating logistics for tradeshows, events, and product launches. Assisting with preparing promotional materials and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns across channels and generating reports to measure their effectiveness. Providing insights to help optimize future campaigns.
  • Sales Support: Preparing sales fliers, promotional materials, and other resources to support the sales team in engaging with customers and prospects.
  • Market Research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination of marketing activities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficient writing, editing, and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in design and marketing tools, including social media platforms, design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with strong design skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with initiative in addressing challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
