Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Marketing Execution: Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, social)
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Assist in basic campaign setup and execution within marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Events & Field Marketing Support: Manage and support planning and execution of trade shows, events, customer engagements and international events
  • Coordinate logistics including vendors, materials, schedules, and on-site needs
  • Ensure post-event follow-up activities are completed (lead tracking, internal coordination)
  • Social Media & Content Support: Execute social media posting and scheduling aligned with campaign priorities
  • Coordinate content distribution across channels
  • Support basic content updates (website, email, collateral)
  • Operational & Executional Support: Manage day-to-day marketing tasks to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate across marketing, sales, and external vendors
  • Track deliverables and follow through on execution details

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or corporate environments
  • Experience supporting campaigns, events, or marketing programs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear communication and ability to coordinate across teams

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B, technology, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience supporting trade shows or event logistics
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
