Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and produce proposals, qualification packages, and related marketing materials.
- The role also includes supporting business development efforts, maintaining marketing content, and ensuring brand consistency across all submissions.
- The candidate will work closely with technical teams, project managers, and leadership to help win new work and support the company’s growth objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is preferred but not required
