Job Summary

Own the pursuit lifecycle for A/E/C campaigns, coordinating discovery through final deliverables, while standardizing branding, assets, and cross-team inputs to win more work.

  • Ownership: orchestrate RFP/Q responses, SOQs, and interview decks with Marketing, BD, PMs, and consultants.
  • Operations: manage schedules, deadlines, and asset libraries (OpenAsset, Vantagepoint) for consistent branding and timely submissions.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead and main-point-of-contact for marketing-related pursuits for assigned teams, from initial RFP/Q discovery through preparation and production of final deliverables.
  • Coordinate pursuit schedules, submission requirements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion of proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing / BD Team and Project Managers / Executives to produce SOQs, proposals, and interview presentations in alignment with DAHLIN’s brand style guide.
  • Coordinate with project sub-consultants to gather information related to RFP/Qs, as required.
  • Collaborate with technical staff for project interview preparation; bring in consultants as needed.
  • Update and organize marketing information for cut sheets, case studies, resumes, copy database, etc.
  • Develop presentation slide decks and marketing materials for pursuits, conferences, client events, and firm initiatives
  • Ensure consistency in branding, format, and content in relation to all deliverables and graphics; consult resources as needed on specialty graphic production.
  • Update people and project information in Vantagepoint and support the teams in tracking wins/losses and debriefs.
  • Organize and maintain all pursuit-related graphic assets in OpenAsset.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of related industry experience in the A/E/C field preferred
  • Involvement in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions.
Nice to Have
  • Graphic design experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint CRM a plus
  • Knowledge of OpenAsset a plus
  • A/E/C industry experience is highly desirable
  • Involvement in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) a plus
