Job Summary
Own the end-to-end marketing support for lead generation by executing email campaigns, aligning with sales, and producing branded content that fuels growth.
- Execute email campaigns and compelling copy across channels to move prospects through the funnel.
- Coordinate with SEO/PPC and sales to ensure marketing aligns with growth goals and messaging.
- Design and deliver marketing collateral and branded assets to support campaigns and sales enablement.

Responsibilities
- Execute email marketing campaigns and write compelling copy
- Coordinate with SEO and PPC providers to increase visibility
- Support lead generation efforts to help our sales team succeed
- Design marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Create ad copy, campaign content, and branded materials
- Work closely with sales to align marketing with growth goals
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills (email, ads, brochures)
- 1+ year of marketing experience preferred
- Marketing degree preferred
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo a plus
- Familiarity with Photoshop or design tools preferred
- Team player who thrives working with sales professionals
Preferred
- Exposure to SEO and PPC campaigns
- Experience in fire protection, construction, or technical services (not required)
