Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing support engine, turning plans into campaigns and assets across channels while coordinating cross-functional delivery and ensuring brand consistency.

  • Campaign planning, execution, and cross-team coordination across digital and traditional channels.
  • Content creation support and calendar management for social, email, blogs, and materials.
  • Campaign performance tracking, reporting, and asset maintenance to drive disciplined, on-brand execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables across teams
  • Support content creation for social media, email campaigns, blogs, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics
  • Help manage social media scheduling, community engagement, and content calendars
  • Coordinate events, webinars, partnerships, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with design, sales, product, and content teams on marketing initiatives
  • Maintain marketing assets, documentation, and campaign records
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms
  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills
  • Experience coordinating remote events or webinars
