Job Summary
Own a supporting spine for marketing, events, and admin/BD tasks that enable field-ready campaigns and ITAR workstreams.
- Marketing & Communications: Coordinate materials, website content, customer stories, and social in support of branding and external comms.
- Events & Admin Operations: Plan/travel logistics, executive briefings, calendars, and CRM-driven outreach to keep programs moving.
- Compliance & Field Readiness: Manage Real ID timing, ITAR constraints, and field-site activities for government and commercial opportunities.
Job Description
- Marketing & Communications: Create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and product sheets.
- Marketing & Communications: Assist with photography, video content, and event coverage.
- Marketing & Communications: Maintain and update website content and marketing assets.
- Marketing & Communications: Support development of customer success stories, press releases, and company announcements.
- Marketing & Communications: Manage HTS social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Marketing & Communications: Coordinate branding efforts across all customer-facing materials.
- Marketing & Communications: Prepare monthly program review reports for external customers and internal leadership.
- Trade Shows & Events: Assist with planning and execution of industry conferences, military demonstrations, customer visits, and company events.
- Trade Shows & Events: Coordinate travel logistics, registrations, shipping, and event materials.
- Trade Shows & Events: Maintain event calendars and support customer engagement activities.
- Trade Shows & Events: Help prepare briefing materials and executive talking points.
