Responsibilities

• Generate Qualified Organic Leads: Develop and execute content and marketing strategies that consistently generate qualified inbound leads from business owners, real estate investors, and high-income families.
• Increase Organic Revenue Attribution: Drive measurable revenue growth through organic marketing channels and content initiatives.
• Build Authority in the Marketplace: Position Infinite Capital Solutions as the leading authority in private banking, wealth strategy, and generational wealth planning.
• Develop and Launch Lead Magnets: Create monthly lead generation assets including guides, calculators, templates, webinars, and downloadable resources.
• Manage Content Distribution Systems: Ensure all content is effectively repurposed and distributed across multiple channels.
• Increase Qualified Conversations: Generate inbound direct messages, comments, and engagement opportunities that convert into appointments.
• Support Recruiting Efforts: Create content that attracts high-performing advisors, sales professionals, and future leaders to the organization.
• Support Company Events and Workshops: Develop marketing campaigns that drive attendance and participation for workshops, webinars, and events.
• Track Marketing Performance: Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for all organic marketing KPIs.
• Optimize Based on Data: Continuously improve content strategy using performance metrics and market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, organic growth, or demand generation.
• Experience generating qualified leads through organic channels.
• Experience managing social media and content strategies for growth-oriented organizations.
• Experience working with high-ticket products or services is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, real estate, coaching, consulting, or professional services is preferred.
