Job Summary
Own the media production workflow for RV inventory, from photography and video shoots to media management and branding coordination across locations, ensuring high-quality, consistent assets that support sales and marketing.
- Media Production & Upload: Photograph and video RV inventory, manage media files, and maintain branding consistency.
- Collaboration & Planning: Coordinate inventory priorities with sales/marketing across locations and travel between sites as needed.
- Quality & Systems: Ensure professional, accurate assets and use content management tools to stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Photograph RV inventory for website listings and marketing
- Shoot walkaround and showcase videos of RV inventory
- Ensure all inventory media is professional, clean, accurate, and consistent
- Upload, organize, and manage media files
- Maintain branding consistency across all dealership locations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams regarding inventory priorities
- Travel between dealership locations as needed
- Assist with additional marketing and media-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with photography and videography preferred
- Comfortable using cameras, smartphones, editing software, and content management systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, or dealership photography is a major plus
Preferred
- Experience with photography and videography preferred
