Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that increase brand visibility across all marketing platforms
• Design marketing materials, which include digital ads, brochures, event presentations, social media graphics, and email campaigns
• Develop visual assets that support campaigns, sales initiatives, and customer communications
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and company messaging
• Create and edit video content for all marketing platforms
• Assist with planning, filming, and editing videos
• Maintain video assets and ensure they are optimized for various platforms
• Maintain and update marketing content on all digital platforms
• Assist with all event items that are needed for successful execution
• Coordinate with outside vendors and marketing agencies.
• Support the leadership team with the execution of internal company events
• Supervise event setup and teardown to ensure the space is ready and restored after use
• Create written content across all marketing platforms
• Assist the leadership team or marketing team on other items when needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in similar position with similar responsibilities and a proven track record
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
• Commitment to customer satisfaction with a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
• Clear, accurate and professional communications, in both verbal and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through, with strong decision-making and analytical skills and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and work within time constraints
• Must be a self-starter who can work effectively, patiently, and pleasantly with other staff, customers and the public
