Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture jobsite content, including photos and videos of active construction projects, in collaboration with project teams
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for digital platforms, with occasional support on more polished marketing pieces
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and overall direction from leadership
  • Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and visual assets for ongoing marketing and proposal use
  • Support the development and updating of project case studies and internal content resources
  • Identify opportunities to capture meaningful and high-impact content in the field
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and maintain a social media content calendar
  • Execute posts across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and others, as needed
  • Write captions and format posts to align with brand voice and messaging
  • Monitor engagement and support ongoing improvements to content performance

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation or marketing, supporting brand or business-facing initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience creating content for brands, including graphic design, photography, and video
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, or similar)
  • Experience editing photos and producing video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for business use, including content formatting, caption writing, and posting cadence
  • Experience contributing to or managing a social media content calendar
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and content workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • This role requires occasional travel to job sites throughout San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Diego counties.
  • Comfort working on active construction sites and adherence to PPE and safety guidelines is required
