Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows
- Create and implement campaign calendars
- Set up segmentation and CRM structures
- Track campaign performance and help optimize results
- Managing and supporting social content for Rachel Ralston Studio
- Planning and scheduling Instagram content
- Creating graphics, carousels, and short-form video assets
- Understanding Instagram and TikTok best practices
- Helping develop content ideas and hooks
- Supporting founder-led content and thought leadership
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in marketing for consumer brands or agencies
- Confident working inside Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Understand Instagram and TikTok best practices
- Strong visual sensibility and can design marketing assets
- Enjoy working with design-driven brands
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
- Hours: ~20 hours per week to start
- Location constraint: remote candidates welcome if ET hours
