Job Summary

Own community outreach and referral growth for a nephrology practice, coordinating provider relationships, events, and patient education to drive referrals while ensuring HIPAA compliant marketing.

  • Growth focus: expand patient and provider referrals through coordinated physician outreach, events, and education campaigns.
  • Relationship ownership: build and nurture ties with PCPs, specialists, hospitals, dialysis centers, and community partners.
  • Program execution: plan health fairs, educational events, and community outreach while tracking referral trends and campaign performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient and provider referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, dialysis centers, and community partners.
  • Coordinate physician outreach visits and networking opportunities.
  • Plan and attend health fairs, educational events, and community outreach activities.
  • Manage the practice's social media presence and assist with website updates.
  • Create marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track referral trends and marketing performance metrics.
  • Assist with branding initiatives and public relations opportunities.
  • Coordinate patient education and community awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with HIPAA and healthcare advertising regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing, physician liaison, business development, or healthcare outreach experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva or similar design software preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
