Job Summary

Own the community referral network and onboarding flow for a growing home health team, aligning partner education with recruiting and HR processes.

Build clinic, wound care, rehab, and hospital relationships to drive local referrals.
Lead in-person outreach, partner education, and event presence to expand the network.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR admin to keep teams compliant and productive.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with clinics, wound care centers, rehab facilities, hospitals, and other referral sources
Conduct in-person visits and outreach to develop new referral relationships
Introduce agency services and educate community partners on available services
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources
Identify new marketing opportunities within the community
Track marketing activities, contacts, and relationship development
Represent the company professionally at community events and networking opportunities
Assist with recruiting and interview coordination

Requirements

Previous marketing, sales, community outreach, or relationship-building experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with in-person networking and meeting new people
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Ability to travel locally for community visits
Bilingual

Nice to have

Healthcare marketing experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Experience in home health, hospice, healthcare, senior care, or medical settings
Experience working with referral sources
