Job Summary

Own local Bay Area outreach by building physician and facility referrals, with community event presence and a robust pipeline; coordinate messaging across teams, and report on outreach impact.

Growth/Outreach: Build and maintain physician and facility referrals, expanding the pipeline and partnerships.
Community Engagement: Lead events, presentations, and networking to raise visibility of services.
Alignment & Analytics: Coordinate marketing materials and track outreach activities with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, medical facilities, and community organizations to increase referrals and visibility of services.
Promote American CareQuest services within the community through networking, events, and presentations.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust referral pipeline.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and materials to support outreach efforts.
Track and report on community outreach and sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or marketing within the home healthcare, senior care, or medical services industry.
Strong contacts and relationships within the local medical community are highly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel within the local Bay Area communities as needed.
