Job Summary

Own community-facing marketing and development activities for a nonprofit health organization, balancing brand consistency, grant support, and external partnerships while driving multi-channel storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

  • Marketing & Brand Stewardship: Build and run strategies, keep branding tight, and produce newsletters, materials, and press content that reflect the mission.
  • Campaigns, Content & Engagement: Create graphics, videos, stories, site updates, social content, and measure engagement to optimize impact.
  • Grants, Events & Community Partnerships: Find grants, help with applications and reporting, manage data for proposals, and grow community/patient networks and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Brand Stewardship: Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies, maintain brand consistency, and create materials, newsletters, and press content that align with mission.
  • Campaigns, Content & Engagement: Produce engaging graphics, videos, stories, website updates, social content, track engagement, and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
  • Grants, Events & Community Partnerships: Research grants, assist with applications/reporting, manage grant data, coordinate events, outreach, and build relationships with community orgs and partners.
  • Community Outreach & Internal Collaboration: Represent the organization at events, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to support initiatives.
  • Program Data & Fundraising Support: Gather program data and supporting documentation for funding proposals and reporting, maintain related systems and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • One (1) year of related experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred

  • Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus.
  • Grant writing or fundraising experience preferred.
  • Graphic design experience and proficiency with marketing tools preferred.
