Job Summary

Own the brand and demand marketing workflow, coordinating asset management, multi-channel content, events, and enablement tooling to drive campaigns, communications, and sales support.

  • Brand and Campaign Execution: steward branding across digital, print, and events, and manage asset production from concept to delivery.
  • Enablement and Ops: own HubSpot/app usage, campaigns, and sales-facing content to align procurement, sales, and customer communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and update marketing materials in both digital and print formats.
  • Create and manage social media posts, presence and footprint.
  • Maintain consistent branding through all platforms and media.
  • Maintain and organize the digital asset library on the server.
  • Design, edit, and coordinate production of branded materials such as note cards, folders, stickers, name tags, banners, event signage, table skirts, and promotional giveaway items.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Marketing and Sales Enablement tools, such as HubSpot and our App.
  • Create, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote key seasonal, featured or new items with procurement and sales.
  • Lead the execution of marketing initiatives, branded content, customer communications, and sales enablement efforts across digital, print, HubSpot, and mobile app platforms.
  • Coordinate and support company events, tours, meetings, and promotions by managing planning, logistics, scheduling, and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Capture, create, and manage photography and video content for the website, mobile app, social media, and other digital marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with marketing technology platforms and emerging AI tools.
  • Excellent technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience with photography and video production, including shooting and editing.
  • A portfolio is required at the time of application.
