Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Content Communications
  • Collaborate on seasonal messaging and campaign themes.
  • Write and edit consumer-facing content for web, email, and social.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Email, SMS & Audience Engagement
  • Plan and execute B2C email and SMS campaigns, including automated sequences.
  • Support lead-generation initiatives (pop-ups, quizzes, sign-ups) in partnership with SEO, web, and paid media teams.
  • Track performance and share insights to optimize engagement.
  • Social Listening & Community Interaction
  • Monitor brand mentions and conversations across social platforms.
  • Identify trends, sentiment, and consumer questions to inform strategy.
  • Engage with followers on Instagram and TikTok to reinforce positive brand perception.
  • Collect user-generated content for marketing use.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, creative writing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 2 – 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing and editing, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing versatility in tone, voice, and format, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite), email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo), CRM systems, and social listening tools is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with a creative team (graphic designers, videographers, etc.) on marketing collateral
