Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Create, implement, and oversee company communications programs within each department to support marketing goals.
  • Content & Campaign Management: Development and content owner for social media, newsletters, websites, Farm Bureau paper and sales collateral.
  • Manage Google listings and digital campaigns.
  • Utilize StatusBrew for social media management.
  • Own Constant Contact efforts for e-mail marketing while utilizing EZ texting.
  • Branding & Communication: Ensure FS brand consistency across all internal and external communication platforms.
  • Digital & Social Media: Manage social media channels and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Project & Event Management: Oversee key internal meetings and customer events from planning to on-site execution.
  • Technology Implementation, Collaboration & Analytics: Leverage and train digital tools to increase information sharing and adoption with the sales team. Serve as the product lead for FS Optics, Tank Spotter and the company CRM platform.
  • Lead and guide the work of the Marketing Assistant

Requirements

  • Normally requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or the equivalent thereof, and 4 - 5 years or more of office related work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication, organizational and leadership skills.
