Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new attractions to increase awareness, excitement and ultimately drive attendance through closely partnering with Design & Engineering leadership from early concept through opening
  • Provide marketing and guest insight support to guide attraction planning, positioning, and experience development
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for assigned capital projects
  • Own guest survey strategy, design and data integrity related to new attractions, capital investments, and in-park enhancements
  • Develop, manage, and analyze research to inform attraction decisions
  • Translate guest insights into clear, actionable recommendations for D&E, marketing, and executive stakeholders
  • Support project planning efforts by aligning marketing timelines, research milestones, and communication needs with capital schedules
  • Collaborate with park operations, creative, digital, PR, and consumer insights teams as needed
  • Ensure marketing considerations are integrated early into attraction development processes
  • Create compelling, consistent messaging across channels (web, social, email) that creates awareness of experience value and emotional resonance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, research, strategy, or project-based roles
  • Experience supporting large-scale projects, capital initiatives, or cross-functional teams preferred
  • Themed Entertainment experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and research skills, including survey design and insight synthesis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creating content for presentation that are adapted to audience
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with survey platforms, research tools, or analytics a plus
