Job Summary
Help build and polish communications, social content, and marketing assets while coordinating campaigns and maintaining content systems for a growing team.
- Content & Communications: draft, edit, and publish emails, web copy, and materials, and manage WordPress content updates.
- Campaigns & Events: assist planning and execution of marketing programs and events, including logistics and collateral follow-up.
- Asset & Calendar Management: keep content libraries, trackers, and editorial calendars up-to-date and aligned with stakeholders.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assists with drafting and editing internal and external communications (emails, web copy, marketing materials)
- Support social media content development including research, copywriting, and basic graphics
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, including logistics, collateral and follow up
- Update and maintain content libraries, media trackers, and editorial calendars
- Collaborates with internal customers and stakeholders
- Assists with tracking and organizing all marketing collateral
- Assists with various assignments and projects as assigned
- Assists with WordPress website content management system
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
- Strong GPA (above 3.0)
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and with a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
