Job Summary

Help build and polish communications, social content, and marketing assets while coordinating campaigns and maintaining content systems for a growing team.

Content & Communications: draft, edit, and publish emails, web copy, and materials, and manage WordPress content updates.
Campaigns & Events: assist planning and execution of marketing programs and events, including logistics and collateral follow-up.
Asset & Calendar Management: keep content libraries, trackers, and editorial calendars up-to-date and aligned with stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assists with drafting and editing internal and external communications (emails, web copy, marketing materials)
Support social media content development including research, copywriting, and basic graphics
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, including logistics, collateral and follow up
Update and maintain content libraries, media trackers, and editorial calendars
Collaborates with internal customers and stakeholders
Assists with tracking and organizing all marketing collateral
Assists with various assignments and projects as assigned
Assists with WordPress website content management system

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
Strong GPA (above 3.0)
Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
