Own hands-on community marketing and events for a local HOA with calendar-driven content, design, and cross-channel execution.

Content and community outreach: manage calendars, social, flyers, emails, and the community newsletter
Event marketing and vendor ops: support festivals, farmers markets, signage, RSVPs, day-of logistics, and vendor fee modeling
Creative and tech execution: design assets, draft copy, coordinate Wix updates, Brevo campaigns, and analytics

Build and manage a content calendar for social media, flyers, and email campaigns
Design event graphics and flyers in line with HCA brand guidelines for Festival Street Eats, Farmers Market, and seasonal events
Draft copy for email blasts, captions, and subject lines
Maintain current information on SoHo Community center and community bulletin boards
Support Festival Street Eats with vendor outreach, RSVPs, and day-of logistics
Help shape the next phase of the Farmers Market, including a vendor fee model
Promote The Urb's classes and programming to drive resident participation
Coordinate community signage and event vendor communications
Support Brevo email campaigns with design, approval workflows, delivery timelines, and monthly analytics reporting
Assist with launching and producing the community newsletter with a template and content gathering

A real portfolio with flyers, social media campaigns, newsletters, and event materials
Hands on experience with industry standard tools (Canva, Wix, Brevo, Google Workspace)
Exposure to full event marketing lifecycle from planning, execution, and reporting
