Job Summary

Own content, branding, and multi-channel campaigns while partnering with internal teams to turn data into smarter marketing decisions for CVCS.

  • Content Engine: Create and manage website, social, newsletters, and collateral that stay true to brand and strategy.
  • Campaign & PR: Plan campaigns, events, and media relations with ROI tracking to optimize spend and impact.
  • Analytics & Ops: Monitor site and campaign performance, manage assets, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve marketing effectiveness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management: Write, edit, and produce content for the CVCS website, social media, newsletters, press releases, brochures, and other materials, aligned to brand voice and objectives.
  • Digital and Social Media: Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter; monitor engagement, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Campaign Support: Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns, events, email blasts, and advertising; track results and report on ROI.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across materials and channels; support collateral tooling in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Public Relations and Media: Draft press releases, manage media lists, respond to inquiries, and build journalist relationships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign and site performance; prepare data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Website and Asset Management: Update website content and organize digital assets to keep materials current and accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors on projects, events, and communications.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, spreadsheets, and budgets; assist with scheduling and department tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation tools, and basic graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights) and email platforms (Mailchimp).
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing best practices, and media relations.
  • Knowledge of or experience in Christian education preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or CRM systems.
  • Portfolio of writing samples, social campaigns, or design work.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
