Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for developing and executing compliant, client-focused marketing and communication initiatives that support the firm's brand, growth, and client engagement goals.
  • This role manages content across digital channels including email, social media, web, events, and multimedia while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a highly regulated financial planning environment.

  • Utilize your bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field and at least 3+ years of experience to develop and execute the firm's integrated marketing and communications strategy in alignment with business objectives, brand standards, and financial services compliance requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the firm's social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring consistent messaging and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website development, hosting, updates, and enhancements, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Assist in the design and execution of a cohesive client communication strategy for both wealth management and retirement plan clients.
  • Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including content development, distribution list management, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate and support client events, webinars, and educational programs, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up communications.
  • Produce, edit, and support the development of video and multimedia content to strengthen brand visibility and client education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • at least 3+ years of experience
