Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish two social media posts per week across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
  • Write and publish one blog post and one LinkedIn article per month.
  • Develop and send one mailing list newsletter per month and one client newsletter quarterly.
  • Monitor Slack channels actively to identify trends, PA success stories, and content opportunities for marketing materials.
  • Coordinate on-site visits with PAs to capture photos and videos for marketing use.
  • Execute monthly ad hoc marketing projects to refresh existing materials and develop new collateral.
  • Manage minor website updates and content changes in collaboration with website & SEO contractor.
  • Manage website & SEO contractor relationship, coordinating optimization efforts and website updates.
  • Oversee graphic design work internally or coordinate with external contractors.
  • Generate monthly marketing performance reports with comprehensive KPI analysis and present to leadership team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing roles with demonstrated success in content creation, social media management, and lead generation.
  • 2+ years working with high-net-worth clients, luxury brands, or high-touch service industries.
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic marketing initiatives and tactical execution.
  • Experience conducting client discovery calls or consultative sales conversations.
  • HubSpot proficiency required.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing content creation, optimization, and efficiency.
  • EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience a plus but not required.
  • No formal degree required; success is defined by skills, performance, and alignment with Peppers' values.
