Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Responsible for Global Marketing’s budgeting, tracking and overall expense management, coordinating closely with Marketing function heads and Finance teams
  • Vendor Management & Procurement: Facilitate procurement processes and vendor invoicing/tracking across Marketing teams in collaboration with Legal, Strategic Sourcing and Accounts Payable.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the Co-Heads of Global Marketing in developing, executing, and monitoring the Marketing department’s strategic plan. Ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. Manage follow-ups and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations: Ability to create quarterly business reviews and other ad hoc presentations that translate marketing objectives, plans, priorities and results into a compelling narrative.
  • Culture & Employee Experience: Champion and help drive initiatives that enhance company culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Communications: Coordinate closely with all Marketing functions to help connect dots, ensure alignment across teams, and leverage best practices. Manage agendas and presentation materials for leadership meetings and Global Marketing team meetings.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years as a business analyst, consultant, or other strategic planning role, ideally in financial services or related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  • Exceptional financial and technical acumen, with a proven ability to operate within Enterprise business systems in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills to develop trusted relationships with managers, team and key stakeholders
  • Proactive and critical thinker, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive operational improvements
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with individuals across all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Team-player that enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment with the desire to learn
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information and maintain discretion
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
