Job Summary
Own frontline consumer engagement by promoting client offerings, delivering service, and acting as the brand ambassador across direct marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Brand & Customer Engagement: Interact with consumers, provide quality service, and represent the brand through campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Turn interactions into opportunities and move leads toward sale.
- Consumer Relations & Support: Serve as the point person for consumer relations, ensuring timely, satisfactory responses.
