Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the creative marketing leader, driving best-in-class consumer experiences.
  • Develop strong partnerships between ACM, strategy, and execution teams for cohesive collaboration.
  • Lead capacity planning and prioritization within ACM team leadership.
  • Ensure a strong control environment and act as Authorized Approver on final creative.
  • Optimize direct response marketing campaigns to improve results and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of end-to-end customer experience, including creative messaging and competitive audits.
  • Recommend strategic testing and optimization approaches based on data-driven decisions.
  • Develop thought leadership by leveraging testing resources and strategic vendors to innovate and personalize experiences.
  • Participate in pilot programs and process improvements to simplify and build capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives outside acquisition campaigns, including cross-program creative leadership and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, manage performance goals, career development, and oversee budget management for production and creative costs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, proven track record in direct or digital marketing as a project/campaign manager
  • Digital consumer marketing experience in owned, earned and paid channels; strong executional knowledge of social, paid display, email, and website creative
  • Experience working as a leader working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Ability to balance tactical, project management with strategic thinking/approach; strong track record of managing initiatives with demonstrated ability to think strategically in providing creative leadership, all while adhering to a tight controls environment
  • High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Curious and creative with a focus on constant improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience in presenting to senior level executives

Preferred

  • Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience
  • 2+ years of manager experience
  • 3+ years of agency/vendor management experience
  • 4-year college degree
